8. Pricing & Payments

When you purchase a paid plan:

• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Credits expire at the end of your billing period
• No refunds for unused leads in a billing period
• You can cancel anytime - changes take effect at next billing cycle

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

LEADHUB IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee that: (1) the service will be error-free or uninterrupted; (2) the scores accurately predict lead quality or sales success; (3) the results will meet your specific requirements; (4) any third-party data or information is accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

LeadHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadHub, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the service.
